Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Welcome to India! Upon landing at Delhi’s airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. After checking in, you’ll have some free time to relax and adjust to the new time zone.

Day 2: Exploring Delhi

Start your day with a visit to Old Delhi, where you’ll admire the grand Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, and enjoy a rickshaw ride through the vibrant Chandni Chowk bazaar. Next, pass by the impressive Red Fort and head to New Delhi. Explore the Qutub Minar, the tallest brick minaret in the world, and the surrounding ancient complex. Continue with a visit to Gandhi Smriti to gain insight into the life of Mahatma Gandhi. Then, drive past iconic landmarks including India Gate, the President’s House, Parliament House, and the Government Secretariat Buildings, before concluding with a visit to the Laxmi Narayan Temple.

Day 3: Delhi to Amritsar (By Express Train, Approx. 6 Hours, 447 Km)

Board the Shatabdi Express to Amritsar. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Wagah Border to witness the ceremonial flag-lowering ritual conducted by the Indian Border Security Force and Pakistani Rangers. Spend the rest of the day exploring the area or relaxing at your hotel.

Day 4: Discovering Amritsar

Begin your day at the Golden Temple, a stunning Sikh shrine covered in gold leaf. Next, visit the Community Kitchen, which provides free meals to 10,000 pilgrims daily. Reflect on the tragic history of Jallianwala Bagh, a memorial to those who lost their lives during the Indian independence movement. Finish the day with a visit to the beautiful Ram Bagh Gardens. In the late afternoon, head to Amritsar airport for a flight to Jaipur. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax.

Day 5: Exploring Jaipur

After breakfast, start your day at Amber Fort, where you can experience the opulent palaces including the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors). Visit Nahargarh Fort for panoramic views of Jaipur. Next, explore the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds) and the City Palace Museum, which showcases Rajasthan’s regal architecture and artifacts. Then, visit Jantar Mantar, the largest stone observatory in the world. Return to your hotel through Jaipur’s distinctive pink residential and business areas.

Day 6: Jaipur to Agra (By Car, Approx. 5 Hours, 289 Km)

Depart for Agra this morning, with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri en route. This former Mughal capital, built by Emperor Akbar, is a superb example of Mughal architecture. After lunch, continue to Agra, check into your hotel, and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7: Agra Sightseeing

Rise early to visit the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to avoid the crowds and the midday heat. This stunning white marble mausoleum was built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife. Afterward, explore the Agra Fort, an impressive red sandstone fortress that offers a glimpse into Mughal royalty.

Day 8: Agra to Delhi (By Car, Approx. 3-4 Hours), Departure

Today, bid farewell to India. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to Delhi airport in time for your departure flight.
