70% Of this tour takes places on good Tarmac roads, 30% Takes place on good hardpacked Gravel roads. If you are not comfortable on the Gravel, we can plan alternate tar routes for you.

Day 1
Arrival in Bucharest
Welcome to Romania. Upon arrival at Bucharest International Airport, our expedition team will receive you and transfer you to your hotel. Later in the evening, collect your motorcycle, complete the luggage setup and attend the expedition briefing covering route details, riding regulations and safety procedures.

Day 2
Bucharest – Brașov
Approx. 270 km
Begin the expedition heading north towards the Carpathian Mountains. Ride through rolling countryside before reaching the beautiful mountain roads of Cheia Pass. Visit the legendary Bran Castle before arriving in the medieval city of Brașov.
Overnight: Brașov
Day 3
Brașov – Sighișoara
Approx. 240 km
Ride scenic Transylvanian backroads through forests, rolling hills and traditional Saxon villages. Visit Saint Anne Lake before continuing to the UNESCO-listed medieval citadel of Sighișoara.
Overnight: Sighișoara
Day 4
Sighișoara – Alba Iulia
Approx. 310 km
Ride across central Transylvania enjoying beautiful countryside and mountain scenery. Visit the remarkable Turda Salt Mine before reaching the historic fortress city of Alba Iulia.

Alba Iulia – Târgu Jiu
Approx. 350 km
Continue south through the spectacular Jiu River Valley, one of Romania’s most scenic canyon roads. Enjoy dramatic mountain scenery before arriving in Târgu Jiu.

Târgu Jiu – Sibiu

Ride the legendary Transalpina, Romania’s highest paved road, climbing above 2,000 metres through sweeping alpine landscapes before descending into the historic city of Sibiu.

Experience one of the world’s greatest motorcycle roads as you conquer the iconic Transfăgărășan Highway. Enjoy spectacular switchbacks, glacial lakes and breathtaking mountain panoramas before descending towards Curtea de Argeș.

Curtea de Argeș – Bucharest
Approx. 280 km
Ride through the scenic Dâmbovicioara Gorge before passing the historic town of Târgoviște on the final ride back to Bucharest. Return the motorcycles and celebrate the successful completion of your Romanian adventure.

Departure
After breakfast, transfer to Bucharest International Airport for your onward journey home with unforgettable memories of Romania’s legendary roads and breathtaking landscapes.
- A 30% deposit on the total tour cost is required to confirm a booking. To be paid within 3 days after the application is done.
- Full payment is required until 60 days before the tour starts.
