Enjoy a scenic two-hour drive from the capital city of Tamil Nadu along the Coromandel Coast to the UNESCO World Heritage site, Mahabalipuram, offering endless views of the Bay of Bengal. Mahabalipuram boasts ancient cave temples, monuments, and sculptures depicting Hindu legends. Spend the remainder of the day recovering from your flight.
Day 2 – Mahabalipuram
After breakfast, prepare for the best motorcycle tour experience in South India as you meet the Care My Tours team, your travel companions on the Motorcycle tour to Tamil Nadu. Take a short ride on your bike to check the adjustments required. Your Southern India Motorcycle Journey commences with the flag-off, led by Mr. Naren, the owner of Care My Tours, along with his support team.
Mahabalipuram, also known as the city of seven pagodas, houses seven temples of 7th and 8th-century Hindu groups of Monuments standing at the shore of the Bay of Bengal as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your fully guided South India trip includes a visit to the captivating Shore Temple, a rock-cut temple with three separate shrines of the gods Shiva and Vishnu. Day 3 – Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry

Enjoy the evening watching the sunset at Promenade Beach, making the horizon appear as the meeting of two worlds.
Day 4 – Pondicherry – Auroville – Pondicherry

Take a scenic ride to Auroville, recognized as the first internationally approved ongoing experiment in human unity and transformation of consciousness. Day 5 – Pondicherry – Chidambaram – Swamimalai
After breakfast, gear up for another leg of the South India Motorbike Tour to Chidambaram’s Thillai Nataraja Temple and Swamimalai, a serene hamlet in the Thanjavur district. Day 7 – Swamimalai – Chettinadu

Day 9 – Madurai – Munnar
After breakfast, embark on the Royal Enfield Adventurous Journey to South India, covering approximately 171 km from Madurai to “The Kashmir of South India,” Munnar. Ride through curvy mountain roads, passing waterfalls, tea plantations, lakes, and breathtaking cliffs. Experience the beauty of Munnar with a ride up to Kerala’s highest point. Kick back and relax in the evening.
Day 10 – Munnar – Thekkady
After breakfast, enjoy an off-beat motorcycle holiday tour from Munnar to Thekkady. Marvel at large stretched tea estates, coconut palm forests, and waterfalls along the scenic road. In the evening, stroll through the market road of Thekkady, filled with aromatic spices, or witness the colorful performance of “Kathakali,” the classical Indian dance and drama of Kerala.
Day 11 – Thekkady
Explore the area around Thekkady on a motorcycle, discovering spice plantations and tea gardens. Visit farms to learn about various herbs and spices, and taste refreshing tea. In the evening, stroll and shop in the market or relax at the resort with rejuvenating ayurvedic spa treatment.
Day 12 – Thekkady – Alleppey
