Kickstart your ride southward toward Riccione, covering around 370 kilometers of pure Italian bliss. En route, stop at Maranello, home to Ferrari, and Sant’Agata Bolognese, where Lamborghini’s iconic machines are born. Continue to Borgo Panigale, the legendary headquarters of Ducati, where you can witness the heritage and craftsmanship that define Italian motorcycling excellence. The journey offers scenic countryside roads, well-paved autostradas, and plenty of chances to bond over coffee and photo stops. Arrive in the coastal town of Riccione by evening, check into your hotel, and unwind with a leisurely seaside dinner by the Adriatic.

Day 3 – 4th July 2026 (Saturday): WDW Registration & Appennino Ride

Wake up to the electrifying atmosphere of World Ducati Week (WDW 2026). Begin the day by registering for the event and exploring the festival grounds filled with riders from around the world. The morning and afternoon are packed with Ducati displays, test rides, and live entertainment. Later, enjoy a short scenic loop ride through the Appennino passes, winding through beautiful rolling hills and forested roads that showcase Italy’s natural charm. Return to Riccione by evening, where Ducati’s community spirit comes alive with concerts, parties, and shared passion under the summer sky.

Day 4 – 5th July 2026 (Sunday): World Ducati Week at Misano Circuit

Spend the day immersed in the high-octane world of WDW 2026 at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. Watch thrilling Ducati races, stunt shows, and meet some of the brand’s most celebrated riders and engineers. The air vibrates with the roar of engines and the energy of thousands of fans united by one passion — Ducati. Indulge in the vibrant food stalls, explore exclusive merchandise, and capture unforgettable photos with fellow enthusiasts. It’s a day to live, breathe, and celebrate Ducati culture in its purest form before preparing for the next leg of the journey.

Day 5 – 6th July 2026 (Monday): Riccione to Colfosco – Into the Dolomites

Leave the coast early and head north toward the Dolomites, escaping the heat of the lowlands. The ride transitions from coastal plains to alpine scenery as winding mountain roads lead you through breathtaking landscapes. Stop for a traditional Italian lunch en route and enjoy the crisp mountain air. By afternoon, arrive in Colfosco, a charming alpine village surrounded by towering peaks. Check into your mountain lodge and relax with a refreshing drink as the sun sets over the Dolomites. The evening is reserved for a cozy dinner, mountain views, and quiet reflection after an exhilarating day’s ride.

Day 6 – 7th July 2026 (Tuesday): Classic Dolomites Loop Ride

Embark on a full-day Dolomites loop, riding some of Europe’s most scenic and legendary passes — Gardena, Sella, Pordoi, Falzarego, Giau, and Valparola. Each twist and turn reveals jaw-dropping vistas of rugged peaks, green valleys, and pristine alpine lakes. Stop for photos and espresso breaks at mountaintop cafés. If weather permits, take the Lagazuoi cable car to its summit for a panoramic 360-degree view of the Dolomites. The route is a dream for riders — a mix of tight corners, sweeping bends, and endless beauty. Return to Colfosco by evening, tired yet exhilarated, for dinner and storytelling.

Day 7 – 8th July 2026 (Wednesday): Colfosco to Merano via Timmelsjoch Pass

Today’s ride offers another spectacular alpine experience. Travel north toward Vipiteno, then cross the Jaufen Pass, one of South Tyrol’s most scenic routes. Continue to San Leonardo in Passiria and climb the legendary Timmelsjoch Pass (Passo del Rombo), straddling the Italian–Austrian border. Visit the unique Timmelsjoch Motorcycle Museum, perched high above the clouds, celebrating the art and evolution of motorcycling. Descend into the spa town of Merano, known for its charming streets, thermal baths, and relaxed alpine-Mediterranean vibe. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a soothing evening surrounded by nature and history.

Day 8 – 9th July 2026 (Thursday): Merano to Livigno via Stelvio & Gavia Passes

This is a day for true riding legends. Depart Merano and conquer the iconic Passo dello Stelvio, Italy’s highest paved mountain pass, with its 48 exhilarating hairpins and unmatched views. Continue through Passo Gavia, another thrilling alpine climb that rewards you with spectacular panoramas. The adventure continues over the Mortirolo and Swiss Bernina Pass, testing your skills and endurance. By evening, arrive in the picturesque alpine resort town of Livigno, known for its duty-free shopping and lively après-ride atmosphere. Celebrate the day’s triumphs with a hearty mountain dinner and laughter among friends.

Day 9 – 10th July 2026 (Friday): Livigno to Milan via Bernina, Julier & Splugen Passes

On the final day of the journey, set out from Livigno and make your way back to Milan through some of Switzerland’s most scenic roads — Bernina Pass, Julier Pass, and Splugen Pass. Each offers a perfect blend of speed, flow, and natural beauty. Descend toward Lake Como, tracing its sparkling shoreline through Lecco, a fittingly serene conclusion to this epic Ducati adventure. Arrive in Milan by late afternoon, return your motorcycles, and gather for a farewell dinner to celebrate an unforgettable ride through Italy’s heart and soul.

What happens if minimum participants isn’t reached?

If by the closing date of a tour (60 days from start date) the minimum quota of participants isn’t reached there are several options open:

a) the tour is cancelled and the client will receive a full refund of the booking deposit. In this case nothing is owed to CMT by the client, and nothing is owed by CMT to the client.

b) the client has the option to go ahead and still do the ride on a “self guided” basis at a lower price which takes into account the missing guides. The client will be supplied with accommodation, rental motorcycle, itinerary, maps, satnav GPS unit and will do the ride on his own, or together with other participants who also had their guided tour cancelled.

c) if the minimum quota of participants is only missed by a few people, CMT can propose a payment integration in order to still run the tour as guided. The proposal will have to be accepted by all participants unanimously. The amount of this integration will be calculated by CMT during the final deliberations about starting the tour or not.

What happens if you need to cancel the tour?

This really depends on when you must cancel your participation:

if you cancel 60 days prior to tour start date the Rs. 60,000 booking fee will be held as credit for another tour up until the end of the season following the one you had intended to take the tour.

if you cancel between 60 and 30 days prior to tour start you loose 50% of the value of the tour and 50% will be kept as credit for another tour up until the end of the following season in Italy.

if you cancel the tour with less than 30 days from tour start you loose the entire tour value

CMT does not provide travel, medical nor cancellation insurance. This is something you should take care of at your end. We do not offer this, as in this way you are in better control of its costs and quality, and you will be in a stronger position to put in the claim. CMT will be happy to support you with any paperwork you require for your insurance requirements.
